In brief, you should know the following about us: Horizon Health Center was established in 1963 over 40 years ago. Since its humble inception in an Episcopal Parish House, with basic clinic services run by volunteers on Saturday mornings; Horizon today offers full comprehensive health care. Not only does it function as a primary care agency, but as a referral agency for a diverse range of prevention and social services, as well as educational and medical concerns.
