The mission of the dental department is to provide quality dental care that encompasses the well being of the total individual.

Horizon Health Center has been able to play a leading role in the delivery of oral health services to the Jersey City Community. The department has been committed to ensuring that every are service participant will have the access to low-to-no cost dental services, making this organization a dental home for underserved residents.
